Week 3 WI yesterday, another 4 lbs lost. I have to say, I've never felt better. Managed to eat out for the first time yesterday and I think I stayed OP. It's always a little scary to let someone else do the cooking for you

Everyone on here is such an inspiration! I can't believe how much everyone has lost. It takes real dedication. I don't think I could have stuck with it without being a part of this. I've learned so much, and everyone has such valuable help and experience!

Keep up the good work everyone! We're worth it

Congrats!!! I agree- eating out is nerve wracking when you don't have control over how things are cooked. You can always ask for things to be cooked certain way, but it still makes me nervous!

My week 4 WI is tomorrow and I know the scale won't budge much because of TOM. But hopefully, it catches up with me on week 5.
