I get up at 5am, have coffee and i boil 4 eggs...i have 2 of those egg whites around 630-700am and then my IP at around 9. IP and veggies at 12-1p and IP snack around 4-5pm, dinner around 730-8.

If i still get hungry, or if I have to go longer than 4 hours between meals, i will have one egg white.

I seriously could not make it through a day without a snack.
I have breakfast a 6.30am, some veggies at around 10, lunch at 1, boiled egg or more veggies around 4.30 and dinner at 7.30 and nothing after that. I drink tons of water/tea during the day. This routine keeps me satisfied for the day and keeps me away from the vending machines.

I'm up at 5am, coffee till 7am, drink a Premium RTD Shake at 7am walk out the door at 715-725am...eat lunch at 1120am RTD shake with 2 cups of cucumbers, sliced with dill and salt. I don't eat dinner until 5pm and have my snack around 8pm while watching tv. I drink a ton of water between lunch and dinner and sometimes I'll pack a salad to eat if I get really hungry at lunch but I have no chance after 1145am to even look at food until 345pm when I get home. Sometimes I'll make a salad to get me to dinner, most times I just chug away on the water.

Thanks for chiming in everyone - it's interesting to see how you all make it through the day on IP.

I got some interesting ideas too in case I need to try to change things up a little. :-)

It looks like you're eating 4 ip's a day plus dinner? Should I be eating 4 ip's a day? I thought it was only 3.

Sometimes I will have 1 cup of veggies with my lunch packet, and then use 1 cup of veggies for an "in between" snack. My day usually looks like this:

Early morning: coffee w/2 oz EAS RTD shake as creamer
9am: breakfast (packet)
1pm: lunch (packet & veggies)
5-5:30ish: dinner (protein & veggies)
9pm: snack (packet)

She is in maintenance and just does the phase 1 day after her "free" day - I've noticed she also does a good amount of exercise. The 4th packet is usually to compesate for exercise, or when you are starting at a much higher weight.

I usually have breakfast around 8:00am, lunch around 12:30pm, dinner around 6:30pm, and dessert around 9:00pm. I suffer through if I'm hungry and chug more water. I look forward to my dessert and don't want to have to sacrifice it for a midday snack!

I always have my snack between lunch and dinner.

I drink coffee on my way to work (unless I mix a shake with my coffee)

Then breakfast around 9, lunch around 12, a snack around 4 and dinner by 7. If I am really hungry I have another snack before bed but only about 25% of the time.

My coach also suggests 4 packets. I sometimes do and sometimes not.

I never eat between lunch and dinner.

B: 8 am
L: 12 or 12:30
D: 5:30 or 6
S: 7:30 or 8 at the latest

I save my restricted item for my snack in the evening....something yummy to look forward to each day.

It depends on my day but but I usually do

Shake at 7:30 am
Shake at 11:00 am
Veggies at 1:00 pm
Shake at 3:00 pm
Dinner 5:30 pm

I like shakes and I usually make two at the same time, drink one and put the other in the my thermos which keeps it frosty til I drink it at school a few hours later. I classes end at 12:30 and then I come home and have my salad or other veggie dish.

I'm a muncher, which means I like to eat often (in small amounts) throughout the day, so I have coffee during breakfast, eat my IP packet maybe an hour later, then my veggies during lunch, my IP packet at around 3/4 pm, dinner at 6/7pm then snack (usually a shake) at 9/10pm before I go to bed. This way I am almost never hungry and I get all my food in.
