I have an odd one. My toes have become bony and super thin. Odd.

This is sooooo funny!!!

I am so glad I can relate to all of this. I would much rather have all of the above metioned problems than the ones I had before. I went from a D cup to a C flat as I call it. Same with my rear. Flat as can be. And my stomach is flat too. I love having these problems

Oh ya, and I get to show it all off in 3 weeks. Going to Zihuatanejo for our 25th wedding anniversary. All new clothes and swim suits.

Sigh, yes I suppose that any diet works for some people....even the Twinkie diet worked if you stayed under your we points!

That said, go to any gym snd look at the regulars. Many are overweight, and they are there a lot. They are not killing themselves working out snd then eating crap.

Weight loss is hard! Sometimes you need an extreme change like ip to kick start the process. Telling people to exercise more and eat less is clearly not working in North America.

I have replaced all my bras, undies and many shoes! Crazy!

You are right in that telling people to exercise more and eat less is not working; but that is largely because (1) most people don't do it and (2) there is a huge difference between eating less and eating healthfully. Most people in America are eating massive portions of junk "foodlike substances"... even most of the stuff advertised as "health food" isn't but rather loaded with sugar, salt and chemicals. It is even difficult to FIND nutritious food. I've been doing a lot of studying about our food industry and it is appalling.

And again, I am not "knocking" programs such as IP -- in fact I go to a chiropractor who sells it and I've tasted a few of her samples. And as I certainly don't want to come across that way (and I'm not on IP) this will be my final post on this.

Wishing you all the best!!
