    Breakfast: Chocolate Fudge EAS Shake with coffee

    Lunch: Green Salad with a Vanilla EAS Shake & coffee

    Dinner: Chicken and green salad, cucumbers

    Snack: ~none~
  • Phase 1 Week 2

    B: Strawberry Banana Drink
    L: Chicken Noodle Soup w/onions and peppers
    D: Strawberry Wafers
    S: Chicken fried cauliflower rice
  • Breakfast: Proti Diet blueberry pancake, coffee w.2oz EAS Carb AdvantEDGE shake

    Lunch: Proti Diet pomegranate raspberry bar, 2 cups cucumber slices

    Dinner: 7oz chicken breast, 3/4c cauli rice, 1 1/4 cup mixed veggies in salad

    Snack: coffee w/Health Wise Proticcino mix
  • Breakfast: IP herbs and cheese omelet
    Lunch: cucumber salad & snow crab salad at sushi restaurant
    Snack: proti diet chocolate fudge cake
    Dinner: IP lemon tea shake & broccoli with red bell peppers stir fry

    B: IP Dark Choc Pudding/Shake
    L: IP Herb and Cheese Omelet
    D: 2 Hamburger patties
    S: IP Caramel Nut Bar

    L: IP chicken soup, salad with mixed veggies
    S: IP Chocolate drink
    D: Chicken, broccoli and zuccini

  • Hi everyone, my first post I'd like to participate! Started IP yesterday.

    Today:
    Breakfast IP oatmeal, coffee w/ skim milk
    Snack 2 HB eggs
    Lunch IP mushroom soup, sliced cucumber, lettuce w/ walden farms dressing
    Snack IP soy nuts
    Dinner Chicken breast, salad, sliced cucumber
    Snack Blueberry Pomegranate drink

    (My coach started me on 4 packs a day and add 2 HB eggs.)
  • Phase 1 Day 78

    B: ProtiThin chocolate pudding shake w/coffee & spinach
    (blech! Not nearly as good as my PREFERRED IP Dark chocolate pudding)
    coffee w/2 oz IP thinned vanilla pudding

    L: IP Mushroom soup with pureed veggies & some chopped celery
    Zucchini chips

    D: sliced turkey breast, a little leftover cod, and mock german potato salad

    S: cocomint pudding, lightly frozen (this one is YUM!)
  • Breakfast--Hot chocolate
    Lunch--ProtiDiet Oatmeal and BIG salad with evoo and vin
    Snack--chocolate soy puffs at birthday party
    Dinner--lean pork chops and steamed broccoli
    exercise--20 minute elliptical
    snack--cocomint pudding while watching Castle with the hubby Love Monday night!
