Honestly? You will probably gain way more weight than you'd like or expect. It happened to me. I was expecting a gain, even a large one, but not the 9 lbs I ended up with. Having said that, the next week I tried really hard to be diligent and smart in my choices and I lost 8 of the 9 (the last lb came off over time).
This probably isn't the best advice, but I recommend just enjoying yourself while on vacation. Just know that you'll have to work hard when you get back. If you stress about your choices while away, you probably won't enjoy the meals as much and it'll end up not being worth it.
Make sure you drink all your water, take your vitamins, and try not to gorge. I found that if I kept my alcohol for meals that I ate healthier (veggies instead of fries for instance) it helped. Maybe have one meal that you have whatever you want and one where you try to keep it cleaner?
