It's a great feeling when you can see and feel the difference. I started in a size 20-22 and didn't notice looking any different for the first 20 or so pounds, but all of a sudden "whoosh" -- the "pant fairy" came and gave me a small @$$ and smaller thighs and now I can't keep up. I'm the "soggy bottom gal" these days -- just my pants people, just my pants! It's such a great feeling for sure! I'm also almost into the "normal" range for BMI index etc. and it all seemed to happen pretty quickly. So I'm celebratin' with you -- great job!

Congrats!!! And remember don't always judge your weeks prgress by just the scale. I have been op 100% since day 1 . However I have had it happen at least twice where I had very small weight loss but dropped a pant size that same week . This is a great plan! I have gone from a size 24 to a size 8 in 11 months I can't even remember the last time I fit into a size that was less than 20

YEAH! Way to go! I wish that the scale would show a loss EVERY week, but those weeks when it doesn't seem to be the weeks when nothing in my closet fits. Makes me feel good about what I'm doing. Keep up (DOWN) the good work!
