I did it!!! I went out to dinner and I am sure that I stayed on the program. Brought my salad dressing and even sent back my fish when it came out breaded. I even passed up the homemade bread!!!!

I remember when I went out for the first time also. It was a little nerve wracking, but I planned the heck out of it. It was for my birthday dinner and I was losing so well I didn't want to mess up. I checked out the menu online prior to going there (Longhorn Steakhouse), and found they had a "lighter preparation" menu section that left out all the butter and potatoes, and even no croutons on the salad!! The server was asked not to bring the bread to the table and I had my WF dressing packet. It was a great night.

Those are the times that stick with you in this journey. Enjoy all of the ones that you have and good luck to you! NSVs ROCK!
