It really depends on your coach.
For my first visit, we talked a lot about the program, how it works. She took my initial weight and measurements, and we talked about my goal weight. We went over the Phase 1 protocol sheets and the foods list. When I finally decided to go ahead, she gave me 21 different packets (my first week of food, lots of different kinds to try), salt, shaker and supplements.
