Be careful with the Rutabaga: 1 CUP is:
Protein:2g
Carbs: 12g
Fiber: 4g
SUGAR: 8g
Calories: 50
So if you go nuts, and have 4 cups in a day, you get 48 carbs, of which 32 are sugar, and a whopping 200 calories.
This is why I don't ever choose it as a veggie...personally, I can't believe its even on the list for phase 1. With those values, good luck staying in ketosis if you nail the 4 cups.
