Breakfast: IP crispy cereal with 1 Tbsp WF chocolate dip mixed in - cocoa krispies! Coffee with 2oz Pure Protein vanilla creme RTD
Lunch: IP chocolate soy puffs, romaine salad w/2 cups chopped cukes and red peppers
Dinner: leftover roast chicken tossed with WF asian dressing with broccoli and cauli rice
Snack: Balanced Protein cocomint creme pudding

No WF today...seeing if that helps with stomach aches. Second guess is the raw veggies!
B - IP Dark Chocolate Pudding; green tea
L - IP S & V Ridges; Lettuce with 2 c. mushrooms & onion
S - 2 egg whites
D - 7 oz chicken; 2 c. veggies (I'll try steaming broccoli tonight to see if it affects my tummy in a positive way!)
