Yes! When you are at goal consider Michelson ultra. Low carb beer!

Do you want that Budlight enough for it to cost you $29 for one? That is the question....This is what is wrong with society, its not suppose to be about the beer or drinks but society makes it that way. Its suppose to be the atmosphere and the people we are in company with. SO what if they are drinking and you are not. Would you jump off the bridge if they were doing it?

Just a note on the beer ... I love my wine, but refrained 100% from it ... BUT I've had about 4 parties at my house in the last few weeks and I did partake in a vodka/club with lime. Just 2 of them and I was actually feeling woozy! No carbs/no fat but a bit of empty calories. I stayed in Ketosis and still lost 2.6 pounds that week. Obviously I'm not saying "YES YES DO IT" but there has to be some realistic solutions. Because I allowed myself the drink, I did not touch 1 carb at any of those parties!

I guess if you feel you want/need a beer that badly, then that's a decision you have to make. Do you want it badly enough that you're willing to risk less of a loss, or even no loss for the week? I think part of what Wuv was getting at was comparing the price of a beer to a box of packets. Is the $4 Bud Light worth "wasting" the $29 box of packets? Only you can decide what's right for you.
