I confess to having skirt steak beef fajitas weekly with grilled green onions all through Phase 1, my dad was a butcher for 40 years with H-E-B...i loooooove my fajitas!

Nice...I grew up in Colorado, now in New England. The mexican fare leaves MUCH to be desired, so I make it at home - if it's not fajitas or enchiladas for dinner, it's a healthy dose of Badia fajita seasoning on our eggs for breakfast :)
