Default Chocolate crispy cereal pancake

Good morning! I just made my chocolate crispy cereal pancake. It is so yummy! Here is what I do:

-Crunch up a crispy cereal packet
-Add 2 egg whites, a splash of vanilla, a bit of salt, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder and 1 Tbsp Splenda
-Mix well and add a bit of water
-Spread in a pan covered with PAM and cook like a pancake

Wonderful with WF syrup. Mmmmmm!!!!!!

P.S. I'm not sure if cocoa powder is accepted with IP but it never affected my results.

My cocoa powder has carbs in it I bet this would still be awesome with vanilla cream stevia.

You can make a 100% OP double batch using a chocolate drink/pudding + crushed crispy cereal + 3oz water + 3 egg whites + 1/2 tsp baking powder. I usually beat the egg whites w/a 1/4 tsp cream of tartar & my immersion blender whisk attachment beforehand for extra fluffiness. Add some shredded, squeezed zucchini in the mix for chocolate zucchini pancakes you can even presautee the zuke with some chocolate sauce for an extra bit (i am a chocoholic btw).
