Default Yay! I made it through my first day!

So I barely slept Saturday night worrying about having to drink a shake Sunday morning! I always have a problem with drinking protein drinks and end up dry heaving through the entire process! Thank goodness the ready made chocolate shake was amazing, it actually tasted like chocolate ice cream! First day went great now on to the next!

WAY TO GO!

There are a few IP items I don't like, but for the most part, they're pretty tasty. If you find something you don't like, just move on and try something else...

I add a heaping teaspoon of instant coffee and a packet of splenda to a chocolate, cappucino, or vanilla shake in the morning - that way I can get my coffee and shake in one - and it's tasty!

Awesome! One day at a time - your body will adjust and the diet has given you plenty of tools to get through the rougher spots! And never hesitate to ask questions here - I don't know if I could have been as successful without all of the awesome support and information on this forum!!!

Great job on day one. There are lots of yummy IP products, and if you don't like some of them there is probably a recipe out there that will transfrom it into something you do like.

One day at a time! Congrats on day one. Getting through this first week is the hard part. For me, simple is working best. I don't change the routine up too much, I've found a few favorites in the drinks/bars and I stick with those for the most part. There are a couple recipes using the packets that have become staples too. You're going to love this program and the results you'll see.
