Default Not Close to a Centre Help
I would love to start the program, but I'm no where near a centre, and the ideal protein to go site recommended in the sticky threads, doesn't ship to Canada.

Where can I buy the products online?

This is a US site, but on this Delivery Information link of theirs, they mention they do ship internationally and to email for a quote.

Thank you. Do you know if all the items on that Plain Protein site comparable during Phase 1 for IP?

They are the actual IP products you would get at an Ideal Protein Center, which are all suitable for Phase 1 They are not what is termed "alternatives.'
