Breakfast: IP Vanilla Drink (packet) and a chai tea with vanilla sweetner and 2 oz Almond milk Lunch:IP Chicken Soup with 2 cups of cauliflower mixed in Dinner:Chicken and a salad with 2 cups of bell peppers and cucumber, olive oil dressing Snack:IP Lemon Pudding
Breakfast: IP herb and cheese omelet; black coffee Lunch: IP Broccoli cheddar soup, salad with cauliflower, cucumber and WF Balsamic Dinner: Grilled Beef tenderloin and cauliflower mash Snack: Strawberry wafer (split at 10am and 3pm)
I'm having the peach mango drink, tomato basil soup w/steamed broccoli & salad, some sort of chicken & veggies for dinner, and chocolate soy puffs for snack.
I'm giddy, I'm so excited to finally be starting!!
I planned 2 snacks today (4 packets), just in case. I've read on this site that day 3 can be harder. I only needed 1 yesterday but changed it and what time it was, because I was starting to get hungry.
Breakfast: IP crispy cereal zucchini pancakes w/2 c zucchini Lunch IP Mushroom soup W/ 1c celery/cauliflower steamed in chicken broth Snack caramel nut bar Dinner bison burger & leftover hamburger from yesterday (in salad, big Mac bowl style without cheese), .5 c mashed cauliflower Snack blueberry,cranberry, pomegranate drink
More ginger water & lemon water. I'm sure discovering where all the public restrooms are when I'm out running errands! I had to measure my water bottles. One is 24 oz, one is 20. Don't want to overdo the water!
Supper @ 5:30 - probably Chicken. Meeting Molly (wingnutandme) for dinner at Big Boy.
Snack @ 9:30 - IP Blueberry pudding
First off - genius starting your day with Rhubarb Crisp. Second - I am jealous you and Molly get to have dinner tonight! I'll raise my glass (of water) symbolically and be there in spirit tonight at dinner!

That's smart to plan out 2 snacks during week 1. My coach allowed me 4 packets/day during the first week, since the body really does go through some major metabolic changes as it gets into ketosis and boy do we feel it!
