^^ this! If I use a bar for breakfast along with my coffee and my morning water...I can go a LONG time between meals. Then its 2c veggies for lunch -- sometimes with 4 ozs protein, sometimes a shake. Another shake right before leaving work at 4 pm, then HUGE salad and protein for dinner.
If I start the day with a shake...hungry, hungry, hungry!
