Same goes for 0 sugar

So a 0/0/0 piece of gum could potentially have 0.4g of sugar and they would round it down to zero. Chew 10 pieces in a day and you've just upped it to 4g of sugar. EVERYTHING in moderation!
That is so interesting!!! So a 10 piece of sugar free gum day can add 10 grams. I will be limiting my gum to 1-2 pieces. Thanks for this info!

This is why 2 egg whites and chicken broth are allowed as 'free', as they have low calories, but more importantly no carbs, fat, or sugar. Its all protein.

Right! You have to use the actual serving size. Any amount over the serving size will provide unwanted carbs etc... including 0/0/0 items.

Rhubarb is great mixed in he raspberry jelly too. I use one splenda packet

How about cook the rhubarb a bit and have it warm and add in a 0/0/0 serving of walden farms strawberry spread? I have never had the wf spread so if this tastes good someone let me know...strawberry rhubarb pie is awesome and to just get any taste that would be remotely similar would be great!

Try using Sweet Leaf liquid stevia - truly 0 carbs. I buy it online - check around.

I use strawberry syrup with my rhubarb and it's pretty tasty.
