I bought the mint hot chocolate and was so bummed that it has aspartame. I love it. I am drinking it but only once in a while (once every other week or so) and I don't think it has increased my cravings.

Thank you Diane! I am getting so close to phasing off and joining all of you maintainers! I am struggling with these last pounds though. I am really going to get back to tracking and measuring to see if it helps. Any advice?

I sure wish this coccominit was in Canada! Thin mints are my favorite...maybe I will have to buy some Divinnci mint syrup...but I think my husband will kill me if I buy anymore syrups...ha

Just tried the protidiet chocolate fudge cake. Hubby and kids made it for me for my birthday. Not too bad. They overcooked it a little, so watch that microwave! Probably be superb with some WF syrup.

Happy Birthday, Sahmmommy! Way to celebrate! :carrot:

I have 2 drinks and a bar every day (others are way more creative than me!). Salad: lettuce, cucumbers and a few diced tomatoes on salad. I don't like the WF salad dressings so I either eat it plain or a tiny bit of regular salad dressing. I count the cucumbers and tomatoes in my veggies allowed for the day/week. Sometimes I'll add a little meat to the salad..grilled chicken or ground beef to spruce it up. I only have salads when I'm hungrier than normal. Usually the packets, meat and 4 cups of veggies are enough.

Thanks Holly, you make me fee a little better ordering it! I'm thinking having it as a treat every week or two won't hurt me. You look wonderful in those pictures by the way, great job!

Has anyone tried Power Crunch bars? I picked them up at Walmart. It appears that they only sell them loose (at least at my store). They had vanilla and chocolate. I can give a good review to the vanilla. It is a creme filled wafer bar, and it had a tiny bit of saltiness to it, which really added to the flavor. They are $1.18 each. Here are the stats:

calories: 205 (a little high, but it is a large bar)
carb: 10g, 1 g fiber, net=9
protein 14 g (chocolate has 13g)

Not totally ideal, but a good choice to shake things up, and I like findings things I don't have to have shipped to me. According to the wrapper, they also make PB, Cookies and Creme, PB Fudge, and Wild Berry, but those flavors were not available in my store.

I usually do 2 drinks (drinking them hot now) and the veggies as well as a Kroger low carb yogurt or a bar. Plus of course the protein (fish or chicken). I eat a Salad if I have one made...I don't use tomatoes (I thought they were forbidden) but instead do Romaine, Spinach, celery, radishes, cucumber, bell peppers and green onions. I find the WF ranch dressing to be ok and sometimes I toss the salad with some olive oil to get that in.
