I'm on day four, and I'm dying!!!!! I feel like I hit a wall tonight. So, I got on my 3FC site here, trying to maintain my motivation. I have been OP since day one, and I know if I push through this wall, I will feel so much better. Doesn't help that TOM is kicking my a@@!!

Okay, sorry. Enough venting. I'm gonna try to head to bed, hoping I feel better tomorrow :)

You WILL feel better, the first week is brutal, just keep pushing on and it will get better. My sister lives in Orting, small world...

It is hard absolutely especially with TOM. You can accomplish getting through the cravings and the hunger and the icky feeling. Just think you are over half way through the first week. In no time you will be doing your first WI and see those numbers fall.

Hello. I am from Walla Walla. I had a wonderful IP coach in College Place. She was very supportive. I am in month 9 of maintenance.
IP is a great program. For the first time I feel like I might actually keep this weight off.
Everyone sounds like they are doing well on IP.
I am enjoying the sweet onions and asparagus from WA.

What an inspiration! :cp: Maintaining has always been my problem, and the structure of IP makes me hopeful I can become one of the Marvelous Maintainers!

My good news is that I lost 7.2 lbs this week! 2 of that was probably water-weight from cheating the week before - but Amy is back on program with 73 lbs lost so far!

Hi fellow washingtionians. I am in my 2nd week. Lost 6 lbs my first week. I am very impressed with this website and all the support in it. I am not impressed with our weather...Headed over to Lake Chelan for a little warmth and dry weather.

I am in Ellensburg. I started IP in mid-January and lost 20 lbs. by April. I'm in my second week back on and I'm down a total of 22 lbs. and 24 inches. I'm wondering about exercise on IP. I was advised not to break a sweat but it seems like when I workout I lose more. Any words of wisdom on this topic? What works for you or what your coach says about exercise?

NSV today

I had a great NSV today, I do Real Estate, and a couple that I have worked with before wanted to see a house, I haven't seen them in about 9 months or so, I met them there and the wife said "You look fantastic, what have you been doing, you look like you've had a complete makeover", made me feel pretty good :D, I really haven't said too much to people about what I've been doing outside of the ones I see alot, so it was nice to know that I really am looking better :carrot:
