I am new to IP as well and go to the Bonney Lake Chiro clinic. They are amazing:D. I am starting my 3 week and so far so good. It is encouraging to read about everyone's success.

Doing a full restart tomorrow, after my stray i feel as if i need to jut act like i have never started. Yay new start.

Like star2nite and takers, I am also from the Tri-Cities (Pasco). It's good to see "local" folks on these forums.

And if I'd read further before introducing myself, I would have seen the three other Tri-Citians. (blkbmr06, Mom2Carter, and Tinawebb) I Look forward to chatting with everyone on here.

Yaay! Somebody else getting healthy in the 'Burg! Do you go to the coaches at Family Health Care? A lot of us workout on IP - most of us just add an additional packet on workout days, or eat 1/2 a restricted before workout & 1/2 after.

I drink half of a shake before any physical activity and half after. It seems to help so far.

Woohoo, more Tri-Citians! Where do you all go for IP? I went through Lourdes and weigh-in at the Riverview Clinic. Love it!

Got to meet the amazing ChaloJ today to pick up some clothes from her. We both agreed that we all should get together sometime this summer for an IP lunch. And do a giant clothing exchange. What do you all think?

I'm in Redmond, WA! I am ending day 2 of the diet. =) I own Trade Chic Plus Size boutique in Redmond.. some of my customers encouraged me to try out the diet! I am working with Sherene of Ideal Northwest in Bellevue!

Great--NOW I find out that there exists a plus-sized boutique--NOW that I don't need it anymore! (Or at least, just barely...) :D

It was my good fortune to meet Tiger today--she's pretty wonderful, and I'm thinking she's a mover and shaker. I would love to meet up with some others and cheer each other on.

My husband did an awesome bbq, steak and salmon for me and DD, chicken for him, we live in the Kent Valley and can actually see the fireworks from Angle Lake from our back deck looking up the hill. Hope everyone has a good OP day!

I was thinking some time at the end of this month to get together for a meet up/ clothing exchange. We could do a picnic style or go to a IP friendly restraunt like Red Robbin or Applebees. What is everyone's thoughts? I was thinking of organizing the Western Washington meet up and have one of the lovely folks from Eastern Washington coordinate their own. What do you all think of that?

Sounds great to me! Although I don't have much left as far as clothing goes as I have been giving them away as I grow out of them, lol, don't want those hanging around anymore! Whatever everyone decides is great with me.

IP folks in the south end.... Please go visit Carpinito Brothers in Downtown Kent. I went there last night and got the most beautiful romaine lettuce I have seen in a long long time. A HUGE head for only 85 cents. I got one head of lettuce, 1 lb of broccoli, a little over 1 lb of rhubarb, a bunch of green onions and a chunk of ginger root for $3.55 total. It's really nice produce for really good pricing. Just FYI>

I didn't even think of them for the rhubarb I'm looking for, Safeway's are pitiful looking.....thanks, I'm gonna head there tomorrow.

Back from Lake Chelan and am proud and amazed that I followed IP completely. I didn't have WI this week...but this tuesday I will. I am feeling like my clothes are a little looser and my face looks less bloated. I guess we're supposed to have some decent weather on the west side of the mountains for a while...could summer be here???? I went on a hike, only 2.5 miles while I was in Chelan, it was pretty much straight up and down and really didn't have any gas in the tank going back up...guess it's the lack of carbs being used for easy fuel.

Had a great day with DH and went to the Seattle Pinball Museum and played all afternoon went to the big Uwajimaya store and then took the light rail home.... all in all a great 100% OP Day.

Seattle has a Pinbal Museum??? That sounds fun! And we looooooove Uwajimaya. My favorite veggie there is the long bean---so so so great in stir fry. You know, I haven't gone to Uwajimaya since I've been on IP, and I haven't eaten any green beans this whole time, either. Hmmmm, maybe I should rectify both those situations at once!

Yep, it's in the international district. One block away from the Light Rail. You get all the play you want for 10$. It was really fun to play games from the early 60's.

Side note.... my coworkers call you a very stylish lady as the clothes I have been incorporating to work have been a hit. Thanks :)

Yes, I know about the one in Renton, but I've never been there! I like going to the one in Seattle because it feels like I'm taking my kids on a field trip every time I go. I guess I should stop and see if the closer one would create the same feeling!
