Look at our stats, Diana! We are sooooo close to onederland.

Yes, I know about the one in Renton, but I've never been there! I like going to the one in Seattle because it feels like I'm taking my kids on a field trip every time I go. I guess I should stop and see if the closer one would create the same feeling!

Yay getting close to onderland... I am so proud of you two. :carrot:

I know, ONEderland here we come :carrot:! I am weighing in every two weeks now so I won't see her until the 17th, but I'm real close today....the Uwajimaya in Renton is nice but not the same feeling as ID for sure, and the light rail also makes it like you're really going somewhere.

Hey everyone! I just did my FIRST 1 week weigh in today and I'm at -10.5. WOOT. I'm going into the clinic tomorrow to do measurements. So exciting. Thank you all for being so helpful!!

Soootiff 07-10-2012 06:49 PM

Hey everyone! I'm in Mukilteo and work in North Seattle. I was OP and got off for a few weeks, but I just started back on today. I have a little over a weeks worth of food from last time when I stopped, so I'm using that today until my appointment with my coach tomorrow. SO glad to be back, I missed how good I felt before falling off the wagon and REALLY miss the great sleep I had before!

So glad to see so many people in WA on here!

Well it looks like most people who voted would like to do a meet up with no foodage involved.... So when is now the question.... And this was on page 4 of the posts... :(

I'm pretty open, and it looks like the poll has changed to bringing food.....

vovo 07-15-2012 05:13 PM

I'd love to meet up with folks, but will be occupied for the next few weekends (overtime & moving & school).

If it's sometime during an evening during the weekday, that would work best for me - but weekdays are usually not so great for everyone else...

bluegirl9 06-28-2013 10:46 AM

So -- did you ladies ever get together? :)

undrwelmd 06-28-2013 11:22 AM

Hi, everyone! I just joined the forum today, and I start IP on Monday.

I'm in Seattle, as well, and would be down to meet some fellow IPers.

Lulu64 06-28-2013 01:04 PM

I'm from the Tri cities, Kennewick to be exact. I go to Richland to see my coach. Love her.

Mugumya 07-01-2013 04:49 AM

I'm in Eastern WA in a small town near Pullman WA the home of Washington State University, Go Cougs! I just started the program using alternative products. I'm heading your way next week to visit my brothers (Seattle & Snohomish) one of those brothers introduced me to the program when he had success with it.

Nice to meet fellow Washingtonians!

SuzieV 07-13-2013 10:51 AM

Hello, I'm from the Tri-Cities. Doing alternatives on my own.

 Yes, it is!

Nice to revive this thread.

schenectady 08-26-2013 11:31 AM

I just joined the site yesterday, but I have been reading it for much longer than that. It is my go-to place for questions, support and inspiration!

I am in Seahurst, west of SeaTac Airport and travel across the state regularly to visit our son in Pullman, WA at WSU.

We will be moving to Cle Elum once we sell our house and then build a new one - can you say stress?

I am happy to discover fellow Washingtonians, makes me feel more at home!

Meeshellee 08-26-2013 05:08 PM

Tri Cities WA here!!!

Maile 08-27-2013 07:46 AM

I am in Walla Walla. Hi to Washingtonians! Hi Pauley..I am glad your year is going well.

amberjules 08-27-2013 01:28 PM

How is it I've never seen this thread??? I'm in the Bothell, WA area. Thanks for starting this.

schenectady 08-27-2013 04:33 PM

amberjules - your website is so encouraging! To look through all your photos and realize the big changes you have made is reassurance to others that, yes, we can do this! I enjoy reading your blog, too. Realizing you are a "regular" woman who has done an amazing job of getting healthy means the same results can be out there for any of us. Thank you.

schenectady 08-28-2013 10:34 AM

Tigerlvr52 - where is the location to which you go near Normandy Park? I thought the closest one was West Seattle?

How is your third week going and what is your impression of your IP coach?

calibrate 08-28-2013 01:34 PM

Hope you all don't mind if I join in. I'm in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We feel more like we are part of Eastern WA, Western MT that we do Southern Idaho since we are that skinny little sliver at the top of the state.

Welcome calibrate!
We really should just have a Pacific NW thread.

Welcome! And I hope to see less and less of you too! :)

schenectady 11-11-2013 07:16 PM

It would be nice, maybe, to see more and more of Washingtonians while thy grow less and less?

The challenge is the large distances here. How about everyone say where they actually are and then offer any suggestions as to how we might take advantage of all of us as support to each other?

Believe it or not, they were on sale at Haggens around here about a week ago. Much cheaper than even Fred Meyers.

schenectady 11-22-2013 11:22 AM

I finally found the WF products at Fred Meyer, too. I was looking in the wrong place. I know have marshmallow crème which I adore.

Spent yesterday in a whole lot of Washington - drove from Seattle to Ellensburg, back to Seattle, then across Eastern Washington to Pullman and back. My tail bone really hurts but the Palouse country is so beautiful. I always love the patchwork quilt pattern of fields, in different stages and colors, rolling in curves up and around the hills. Yes, 15 hours of it was a bit much but I did a lot of thinking and re-dedicating myself while driving...also looking carefully for all the speed traps - saw 5 yesterday.
