Just wanted to say hi to some locals! I'm in Seattle and this is my 4th week on IP. My cousin, who is also in this forum, told me about it and I had to give it a shot. So far I have managed to stay 100% OP with very little cravings so I'm gonna give this lifestyle change a "**** YEAH!"

Welcome the program and to the fellow Washingtonians.

You are doing well on the program and being 100% is a real key to success, in my opinion. The ability to stay with the program is critical and the discipline that you develop from that should serve you well in maintaining this as you go on later in life on your own.

This board has been a real key to my success. I struggled and it was the unquestioning support from the people here that has kept me going.

That would be a lovely idea and guessing by now, most have already started plans. I would offer our house, plenty of room in front of the big screen, but we are putting the house on the market this Monday.

Then it means keeping everything immaculate, in place, and beautiful smelling in case we get a call to show the house. No sauteing, frying, or cooking anything that leaves an odor! It is like living in a museum.

Howdy! I'm from Pasco and my hubby and I are starting IP on Monday. :) Really looking forward to starting IP. I'm alllllmost done weaning my daughter, I'm so excited to have my body to myself and getting back in the saddle.
My brother lost 135 lbs and is continuing to lose weight with IP.

Anyways! I began IP on January 20th. I've lose 5.6 lbs so far. Feel sort of let down because its not as much as I wanted! But I suppose I should be happy its something!
