Default Beginning again!

I did Ideal Protein 2 years ago and had great success during Phase I, but never made it through all the phases. So, I gained all the weight back. I am restarting tomorrow because I know it works. I'm going to make it this time. I am so determined to go through all the phases. I am so looking forward to sharing our successes with each other. Thanks so much for the support!

I am going through the same thing right now. I did IP last year and gained most of my weight back. started up again 3 weeks ago. I also didnt finish the stages. I stopped phase one on my wedding day and then had a honeymoon and then the holidays came and then i realized I needed to get back at it. So waited and tried to eat all the bad things I love To get it out of my system (cravings) now I am going onto week 3 and already am looking smaller. You can do this!!

I also am on Round 2 of IP Although my first time around I phased out and was on Maintenance for 4 months. Then I got pregnant. OOPS. Gained most of my weight back. I'm on day 4 and have lost 6lbs already and I'm doing the Alternative Method my little girl is 5 months old. I still have 50lbs to go.

Well, it started with the holidays, then I got sick. Both of my parents became sick and I just couldn't get back on track. Each time I tried to get back on track I would do great for a week then the weekend would come and I would cheat. I think I just didn't have my mind made up and determined to do it.

Mine started with the holidays too. Then there was never a good time. I have tried a few times to restart...to only cheat once...then twice...etc.
I really want to do this this time. I lost 50 lbs the first time so i know i can do it and that it works. I just need to get my head straight.
Good Luck everyone.

Well best of luck to you, check in often as you will get lots of support and encouragement from the members here, and we will even scold you and dish out some 'tough love' if you cheat and need a reminder lol

Hello everyone,
I'm so interested in starting the IP diet but don't know who to start with. How do I find a Dr who is a rep on Long Island?
Thank you
