I would love me some freshly made cinnamon bread from Stew Leonard's ( a grocery store near us)...every time we walk in there to shop it is sitting, hot, fresh and smelling absolutely awesome! With some butter!

I miss hot Italian bread w/butter, toast w/butter, pizza and grinders. Sigh.

But, I like my size 12 butt (and shrinking) even more!

It's my TOM right now too. Besides cramps so bad that I don't want to move off the couch, I'm starving. Normally by bed time I'm fine, not hungry at all. But last night I keep waking up and I was STARVING!! And during my TOM I crave the worst stuff... pizza, chocolate, cheesey everything, chips, donuts, greasy and saltly you name it!!! I might have to add in an extra shake to get me throw the next few days. All I can say is thank goodness for the chocolate dreams bars to get me through an entense chocolate craving!!

I crave sweets around my TOM, and I get super hungry. But, I've always been like that. Sometimes I actually crave more protein.

Sometimes I'd almost be willing to sell my soul for a bag of chips or a piece of cheesecake (two of my faves, which helps explain why I'm on the plan!)

I'm craving Pizza . . . bread and cheese, and cookies, and cheesecake, and pretty much anything sweet. If it wasn't for my restricted each day I don't think I could handle this lol

Toast. I just want a slice of my homebaked whole wheat bread toasted. Big sigh. (I used to just have a slice with a little butter for dinner if Hubby was eating leftover something else. I miss it!)

We are so bad, talking about all this stuff we can't have!!! Even on maintenance I expect we'll be pretty limited on how much/often we can have these things...like warm chocolate chip cookies with walnuts and a glass of cold milk!!!! Mmmmmmmm ;D

I miss milk! I used to drink it all of the time with my supper. Last night I even had a dream that I took a shot of milk because I was craving it, but it tasted gross. lol

My TOM too and I drove my McDonald feeling hungry (even though I rarely ever indulge in it) then as I passed my favorite grocery store more drooling because they have the best teriyaki wings in the their deli. I came home and made myself a soy patty and slathered IP BBQ sauce and washed it down with a big glass of water-no more craving I know how hard it came be sometimes. I have given in to temptation and felt sick to my stomach-I try to keep that feeling in a special place and pull it out when I feel naughty!

I refuse to lust after foods that will hold me back from my goal. Instead, I search recipe threads and eat acceptable replacements. Know what I don't miss? The weight I've lost!

The foods I want most are greek yogurt and fruit. Phase 3 will bring those back to me! I can wait! So worth the wait!

Fresh squeezed or Tropicana Orange Juice. Like crazy. I used to have half a cup every morning when I got up - it was so refreshing and gave me that little jolt of energy I needed. I don't eat my BF till I get into work, which means I don't have anything before I leave the house now. I just can't stomach water first thing in the morning, it makes me want to puke. I need a coffee first, then I get started on the water, but that's not until I get to work.

I can't wait until I can have my half cup of OJ back when I get up.

I miss my favorite salad toppings! Beets, goat cheese, a few nuts and or seeds and cranberries! I also miss basalmic vinegar.

Oh well! I guess I don't miss them that badly!
