Default Newbie here

Hello

Just started IP today. I went for the meeting last night, was sold right away after doing all the research beforehand. Now I need a little help to keep me on track!

I weighed in at 220. Next week we are going to come up with a goal weight. I want to be down in the 150-160 range. I was always athletic growing up and in now way petite. I am looking forward to losing the weight!!

Congrats on the first step..I am new to..just had my first WI yesterday and was down -9 lbs..I am so excited! Our goals are close I am shooting for 165 ...i am much shorter than you (and heavier) but i have been obese my whole life so I think that is a reasonable goal..welcome..everyone is so helpful on here

Welcome from a another Newb! I started last Wednesday. Had my first weigh in today and i'm down 14.6 # and 9.5" 's. I'm convinced the program works! Day 3/4 were a little rough for me. Kinda felt blah and had a ton of cravings. Now I feel great though, and not hungry or craving anything. Good Luck!

Our WI days are the same! Congrats on your awesome loss! I just had WI #1 yesterday down 9 lbs..I am so excited!

to the new faces! kikig3 I started slightly lower than you (202) and since then have lost 25 pounds (down to 177) in just shy of 2 months, although the first 3 weeks weren't IP, just working on my own and only lost about 8 pounds in 3 weeks, and then 17 pounds in the last 5 weeks (thanks IP!). You'll be fantastic at this!

@kmstacy - congrats! when i meet with my coach next week we will be able to pick a better goal. thats when they do the machine thing I have to hold. I was weighed and measured last night.
@thefatrunner - howdy! congrats on the awesome drop! I'm all in and excited to start this adventure. I go in 6/6 for my first check.

Woot for the newbies. I should have measured before I started but alas I didn't . I will probably do it right after my first weigh in on Monday. I did find even only doing this for 3 days that I really prefer the drinks vs the eggs... and I am all good with no dressing on my salad most days. It's a good thing.
