Awesome...the price is a bonus, but regular off the rack clothes, definite nsv there. Congrats and keep up the great work.

Thanks Longhorn. It is a huge expense. The store I've been shopping at is an hour away and it's always more expensive. Their stuff is well made but it is much more expensive. I have short legs too so a lot of the shorts are way too long for me. I wore one of my new board shorts in the house for a half hour or so just to make sure it was comfy and was really happy the shorts did not go beyond my knees when I stood or sat, much more comfy.

Txman2012,
I had that same feeling after working outside all weekend and had yo add some extra protein and salt before I finnally recovered. My coach has had me on 4 packets a day almost the entire time and it seems that when I overdue it, I get that lost feeling untill I can add some protein back in.

WI today, was 6 pounds down. I'm happy, but a little frustrated at the same time. I was 6 pounds down 3 days ago according to my home scale. So I hope this is just a slight bump in the road.

Well heres my story haha. They tell us not to weigh other than at WI....i have weighed daily all my life so continue to do so as i am prepared for whatever i see. Over 6 weeks i generally spend 3-4 days at the same weight even a 1# gain on occasion then start dropping. Its very strange. I have charted it daily looking for a pattern, and i cannot see one...follow the plan and it will keep coming off...try figure out how it works and itll drive ya nuts lol

WI #12 went well today. I lost 4.8 # last week for a total of 92 Pounds Even. I got teary eyed a few times during my coaching session. I had a new coach or I probably would have really broken down and cried out loud. It feels awesome. I want to thank all of you for the important part you each play in my success. The support I get here is tremendous and so needed. Thanks Brothers & Sisters.

Vet, I know I responded in another thread but again buddy, you are rocking this!!! Im really excited for you, I have followed your journey since I joined here, and you are someone that I have really related to, and I love reading your posts every day, so I feel a part of it haha. You should be so proud of yourself, and be packing for Disney already lol
Its funny, Im supposed to be a rough, tough pipeliner, and have found myself emotional often since I started this diet. Even reading posts here I can hardly handle it some nights lol. Its been life changing for me...Just not too long ago, I came to the conclusion, that this fat body is the hand that was delt to me, and thats what I had to live with. IP has changed that hopefully forever!!
Again, congrats and way to go bud, super proud of ya!!!

Y'all know I have to pop in here every now and then just to check on y'all. I am so glad that y'all keep this thread so active. Longhorn, emotions run high when it comes to this board. I find myself in tears a lot when I am reading and sometimes responding to post. IP changes all of us, we have finally realized that our bodies weren't meant to be healthy and has changed all of our lives for the better. I too for many many years thought I would be "fluffy" forever, well I kinda was I suppose since I am 46. I have always been a big girl, ALWAYS, and to know that I am no longer going to be one gives me a whole different outlook in life. Hopefully I will have another 46 yrs to enjoy life. ALL of y'all are doing amazing on this program and I am so happy that y'all have become part of this forum....Hugs to all of y'all
