I like the soups and I'm not getting overly hungry between meals. If the rest of the week is anything like the first two days I think I'll fly right through

My fiance has started the program after seeing my success with it. After a few days he's seeing the great benefits, but his coach told him to start with 4packets since he's a larger guy. When does he transition to 3, or do you some of you do 4 throughout? I'm trying to help and support him any way I can.

I used a 4th packet once during my first week when I was getting dizzy and light headed. After that I haven't needed it... So I think maybe let your body decide if its needed. My coach told me use a 4th if needed for the first week then go to 3.

Between your success and My Dentist's I figured it would be worth a shot.
I've lost a lot of self-confidence over the years as I've gotten bigger and it would be very nice to feel like my old self again.
You and I can have a beer eventually right?

Do you guys have the tomatoe basil soup. I put that in a shaker with a little bit to cayanne pepper. Shake it well so there is no lumps.

I'm down 65 since Jan 1st. I've really stalled the last month or so...about a pound a week now. I'm walking 10k a day, so I hope it's muscle instead of fat now.

Well, after a super frustrating week of zero movement on the scale, yesterday I somehow dropped 3# and another half overnight...weird. WI #5 today and officially 3# and 4" so Im still pretty happy with that.
Total to date, 25# and 23.5" so Im still averaging 5# a week, just some weeks are better than others LOL
NSV, finally had to break down and buy some new shorts as my normal ones keep falling off haha, not a pretty sight. Another observation I have now made, I cannot use my clothes to judge my weight. 36" waist for me still fits, but very loose, and still fit when I was 25# heavier!!! Thats a bit too much of a cushion lol

Awesome loss and NSV. I need a new bathing suit too. It will not stay on unless tied super tight.

I don't look skinnier in the far left but I am 17 pounds lighter than the center shot which was 70 pounds lost and I am down 87.2 pounds. BUT my shirt is tucked in and I'm not wearing suspenders.
Just realized the shirt I wore today is a 5XL the one in the center is a 4XL and fits better=makes me look smaller. Especially at the elbows!
