I’m going to post this here so we stay on page 1
WI# 19 was only a 1.2lb loss but it’s better than a zero. Lost 2 inches so I’m still shrinking
My coach wants to add another protein packet to see if we can get the scale moving again. It worked last time we did it and I probably should have kept until I got to a lower weight before we took it out.

I had a slow week this week too, but still lost inches so more than happy with that. Sure is nice seeing those bigger numbers though!!
Great work!

You will do it...Im hoping for my goal or close to it by July, but Im thinking with these slow weeks, a more realistic projection is August. For whatever reason, Im having another slow week, but hey, Ill take whatever I get.

Awesome. Writing it down helps focus me. I've never been one to make written goals but is has been helping.

Hey men! Another newbie to the site. Started IP last week, and had my first WI yesterday afternoon. I was 10lbs down. Pretty happy with that result. My clinic starting weight was 233, my home starting weight was 230. Both show the same result with a 10 lb loss. Week 2, and I bought quite a few more meals, as I was getting sick of some the same things from the first week. Now I have a lot more options for food. My DW is very supportive of me doing this program, and is right in there with weighing the meat portions for supper, and trying different ways to eat the veggies. To tell you the truth, I've never been more stoked about a weight loss program before in my life. I am extremely excited to see the end result. Right now, I set my goal weight for 190 but who knows, I may go lower. Anyway, I look forward to getting more information for this forum, and conversing with my fellow IP men! (And women too!)

Welcome to our very small group and this fantastic program. The first week will be your toughest but very doable. Bring any questions or concerns you have as there are some very knowledgeable people here. Everyone will help you conquer the first week then its easy sailing after that.

Thanks!
It's been pretty good so far.
I like the soups and I'm not getting overly hungry between meals. If the rest of the week is anything like the first two days I think I'll fly right through
