Last weekend I went away for the weekend. I took some pudding mixes, bottled water and cheapo "dollar store" tupperware type containers. I mixed up the pudding, and after eating it I just tossed the container did not have to worry about washing it, etc. I had the mango and pink lemonade drink just mixed up in a bottle of water and again just tossed the bottle when done. Worked out great, I had a 6 lb loss this week.
