Any tips for my traveling out of town this weekend to a 50th wedding anniversary celebration?
I'll be with family who likes to drink so I think that will be my biggest challenge but I plan to take my mango drink and put it over ice. Then I also bought the mio to put in ice water.

Get the Pina Colada drink too and put it over ice. Looks like you're drinking with everyone else! :)

Last week I did the mango drink over ice at a conference cocktail party and I was the hit of the hour. Everyone wanted to know what I was drinking and then how they could get a hold of a bottle!

Last weekend I went away for the weekend. I took some pudding mixes, bottled water and cheapo "dollar store" tupperware type containers. I mixed up the pudding, and after eating it I just tossed the container did not have to worry about washing it, etc. I had the mango and pink lemonade drink just mixed up in a bottle of water and again just tossed the bottle when done. Worked out great, I had a 6 lb loss this week.

It's hard traveling, but I have found some salads at fast food places were really good, so food- weird food- was not the focus. And I was still progressing on the diet.
