I'm in week 8 of IP. Last night, I was visiting with another IP'er, who I later found out was a coach, about recipes. She asked me if I had the list of serving sizes for occasional veggies. I had never heard of this list before, and was operating under the assumption that they followed the same 2cup limit as the select veggies. My coach has never mentioned it. Does anyone have this list that they would be willing to share? TIA
