I really like soup at lunch, and a salad, so I made my own soup by boiling my vegees and pureeing them with an immersion blender. When I'm tired of meat all the time, I use a soy protein powder I found that has no carbs and lots of protein. It is tasteless, so it comes in handy to add to the soup. I got it at my health food store.

Can you please share the name of this product? I have been looking for a non-sweetened protien powder to make soup out of. And, by the way, congratulations on your great success and making it to goal. I have been enjoying your posts!

Maybe I will give it a try and see what happens.

I just started Phase 2 about a week ago - have been searching threads and stickys to try to find some posts that are exclusively about Phase 2 and what people are experiencing or have experienced. Can't seem to find anything. Any advice?

Am in my 10th week of IP - ending my first week of Phase 2 - I didn't lose any lbs this week but did lose some inches - trying to not be discouraged by that. I am 2 lbs. away from my initial goal -but I keep trying to figure out if I want to keep going past that. While I am ready for some more flexible meal choices, am getting worried about phasing off and gaining anything back!

Anyway - can anyone else share any experiences during Phase 2?

Thanks much!
Yes. Check out all the "Life After Phase 1" threads! I just finished them and they are so helpful. A women by the name of Novak (I remember her name because of a childhood friend with the same name), gave some great advice! Check out the stickies and the first thread is there and then there's the sequel and sequel two! SO GOOD and very helpful!

I just started P2 yesterday!!! Check out those threads and be prepared to enjoy the information!!!
