Hunger levels fluctuate just like the speed of the weight loss fluctuates. The body doesn't necessarily do things evenly just because we eat the same amount each day.
I like that. I will give it a try. I used to love Sierra Mist and Fresca.

I think you guys brought up some good points. My hunger was worst when I was consuming a lot of MIO. Not as bad this week.
What is MIO? I've seen it mentioned in a lot of posts. Thanks.

Mio is a water flavor enhancer like crystal light except it is liquid. You squirt some into your water to give it flavor. It does have splenda and some of us can handle it and some can't.

You can get it at Walmart (I think. My walmart does not have it anymore)
I like the Berry Pom, the Peach Tea and sometimes the Orange Tangerine.

Each small bottles runs around $3

Ohhh! Thanks for the clarification. I buy either DaVinci or Torani sugar free flavored "syrups" for my water. They are technically for flavoring coffee but work fine in water, too. Zero everything...calories, fat, carbs, etc.

Andie, I was hungry alot in P1 as well. What helped me was to eat 2oz lean meat with my lunch, and then do just 6oz lean protein with dinner. Also, I'd break my veggies up and eat pickles, cucumbers, or mini bell peppers as a mid-afternoon snack. I can't go from noon until 7:00p.m. without food, or I'd pass out, so my coach ok'd it.
