    Im a little unsure the IP value of these items...im new to alternatives.

  • Yes, you have it correct. With the cookies if they are the high carb ones I think they say to only have twice a week.

  • all of the cookies seem pretty high carbs. Also with the IP products the cookies have the most carbs of all the products. The list you have here is correct.

    What about the pancakes and other soups from there. Are they restricted or non restricted? Are the soups any better than the IP ones?
  • Anything under 6 grms of carbs is considered non restrictive. If it is over that amt it is a restricted.
