I made it with the wildberry yogurt drink- the texture wasn't perfect, but it tasted good.

I used the vanilla pudding mix, did the recipe as above with only a teaspoon of oil though. Used a super big mug and thankful (per advice) put it on a plate. It almost hit the top of the microwave but did not. I have a 1000w microwave and put it on 70% power and set it for 3 minutes. I turned it off when it started to deflate. I tipped the cup upside down and it held it's shape but was like eating flan. Flavor was good but, I too, was looking for a cake type consistency. I think I will try it in the oven next time. Good luck all!!

I overcooked it the 1st time too. 3 minutes is too long. I watch it thur the window and stop it when it inflates and then start it again and it inflates again. I only use 2 tsp oil.

I have the chocolate mug cake all the time. Here is the recipe I use:

Chocolate Mug Cake
Pour the drink mix into the mug. Add enough water to bring to a slightly watery pudding consitency, just add enough to be able to mix easily. Add other ingredients while mixing like crazy until silky smooth. Put it in the microwave for three minutes on top of another place. Watch it expand like crazy- then enjoy!
Ingredients:
• 1 package of chocolate drink mix or pugging mix
• 1 egg white
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1/2 stevia packet

I put mine in a ceramic serving bowl, and use a whisk to mix it. I add about 3 oz of water to begin with, mix it well and then add another 3 oz of water when it is halfway mixed together. I tried it in a mug and that didn't work so well but the serving bowl works great for me. The consistency is a little spongy but it still tastes good, even my partner bugs me for a bite. LOL

I also add a little coconut or almond extract once in a while for a change. I will also use a drizzle of half and half on the top, which makes it moist and heavenly (your call on that though).
