Maybe your body is just trying to play catch up with all the weight you lost? Its just adapting to all the changes going on...

Also dont overlook an inch in the hips...that's amazing. The scale might not have budged but your clothes will sure fit better!!

Plus did you gain muscle mass? How about did you lose body fat? If yes to both of those then the 0 lb loss is no big deal...muscle mass weighs more than fat so any gains of muscle mass may make it seem like you lost less or didn't lose. I had a 0 lb loss last week but did have muscle gain and fast loss...plus it was that TOM and there is always a bit of the big C with that of me. This past weigh in I was back on track.

Yep, our clinic has this device that measures our hydration, body fat and lean muscle mass. Every WI we weigh, measure and do the device. It has been very helpful for me to keep things in perspective when I have smaller losses. The measurements by themselves are not always as telling because I can see areas shrinking "up" and that wouldn't be captured in a measurement around. LOL. Knowing how much my body fat drops and the lean muscle goes up has helped me know how much exercise I can or need to be doing.
