Pretty happy to finally have it on my finger as then it's in my face to remind me. I have some other rewards that will come along but this was my specific one. Already have a ring picked out for goal (I'm a white gold chick). My mom gave me the idea as originally I wanted diamond studs, she suggested that it needed to be something I saw everyday. As I already have two tattoos I'm currently not interested in getting another...but JEWELRY, I'm always interested in that!
That is a great idea. Congrats Ishbel, what a huge accomplishment!!

You will definitely have to take a pic to show us, sounds interesting, I would love to see it. I know since I bought my bracelet it has not come off of my arm and I don't think it ever will. I told my boys they needed to buy me charms that represent them.....my youngest's nick name is Bacon so I want a Pig and my oldest is into Monkey's so of course he needs to get me a Monkey and I told my mom I didn't want anything for Christmas but if she wanted to give me something(she always does even if I tell her no) to get me a daughter charm or a letter "C" which is our last name initial but also the symbol for 100lbs in another language (don't remember which one).

Well I am happy to report another 4lbs gone this week making it a total of 112lbs in 33 weeks!!!....I asked her this morning when she measured me what is my measurement for my thorax she said 42!!....my mouth dropped and I said HUH??? she said 42!!...I said no wonder my bra keeps creeping up my back its a 46!!...hahah...when I started it was....ready???......54!!!!!....then she did my waist and I asked her the same thing she said 48!...I said NO WAY?? she said YUP....I was like HOT DANG!!....When I started it was....56!!!.....so I must say I have loss a total of 76 inches between my thorax, breast, waist, hips, leg and arm!

Christmas party was ok, nothing major just a gathering, there is another one next week since most didn't show up last night because we had a delayed flight. I did freak out a few people so that is a great feeling that is for sure

Oh wanted to share with everyone there is a Biggest Loser challenge on this forum if anyone wants to join here is the link. Its just another way of support, I did it for this last season and was the biggest loser for 2 weeks, won't know about this week yet until sunday. Its nothing special, all you do is post your weekly weight and check in on the weekly board

First WI this morning... Lost 7.4 pounds!! I'm very happy! The chronic hunger situation I had the first week went away on day 6, so I'm feeling very hopeful. Lots of energy to boot.

Ishbel: would love to see a picture of your ring. it sounds pretty. What a great idea.. I'll have to think of one for myself when I get to 50 lbs lost (I'm shooting for 70lbs total).

Have a great day everyone! I love reading all of your posts!

yes that's correct... if there's Fiber you subtract that also. I believe you need to stay between 20-30 for the day according to Aiken's. Not sure what plan your following. But also watch the fat content. IP is also low fat and some alternatives have a high fat count.. i.e. Atkins.

Well last week I decided to reopen to friends and family and I am already doing orders and samples. Yesterday was my 1st test and I must say it was harder than I thought. I did not cheat by all means but everytime I had cake, icing, filling, or fondant on my fingers my first reaction was to lick then wash my hands?/ I did not lick but had to stop myself about a 100 times was I ready for the holiday flow of cupcakes, candies, etc.. .that everyone orders???? Sorry just venting.

oh well I will stay strong!!!!!! Everyone has been having great weigh ins - CONGRATS!! I go for mine today - Hope everyone has a great day
I too have been making cookies.... and it's a very hard habit to break. Once the finger got to my tongue and I immeditaly washed my mouth out...lol I have will power to stay away from the finished product but Choc Chip cookie dough is to die for. Good luck... I told my family that I'm baking and freezing and then on Christmas day every cookie not eatten will be sent home with them... they are so excited.

Hi All,

Congratulations to everyone who had a good WI and to all who resisted temptation!! Thank you, wuv2bloved for the positive words yesterday Does anyone use an approved mayo other than WF? Is there any butter/margarine substitute that is allowed? I was thinking of making buffalo chicken tenders and was wondering what I could use to help the hot sauce stick to the chicken.
I am going to try on "the" wedding dress tomorrow (rather unexpectedly) and although I feel I am far from my ideal weight, I don't think I will come home crying because I know this diet is going to work. I am just dying to see if the dress style is what I hoped it would be. So, I am keeping my fingers crossed! Have a great day, everyone.

I'm a huge water drinker... always have been, it's linked to hypoglycemic and pre-diabetic...which I'm both. It doesn't effect my weight one way or another. I drink 1+ gallons a day. but before kids it was SODA...hmm maybe that's where the weight came from.... When I was nursing my kids it was 2 gallons a day, I use to drink right out of a gallon container if traveling. I have over induldged in liquids for 20+ years. My husband used to yell at me for always carring a drink with me. Always thought it was just a habit, until I was diagnosed. Now he will grab me a water bottle if were leaving. The only bad side effect is I needed to learn where every bathroom is in town and I never sleep completely through the night. I'm always going. I did try to cut back and it make me feel crappy.

You can have I can't believe its not butter spray, but as far as the Mayo's I do not think any or approved to my knowledge. Someone else may chime in but as far as I know its only WF mayo.

According to my sheet it is not, I don't do the soups so I don't pay attention, maybe someone who does soup can help you out more.

After all my responses I'm sure you all are tired of looking at my snowman...

The last few days... I can't stand the site of vegetables, I don't want to take the time to cook them, cut them and eat them is like pulling teeth. Any one else have this issue? I'm creative in the cooking area, I stick them in soups, in the pudding packets and make muffins, salads, steamed, grilled, cover them with my meat-fish, I even like most on the list and switch them daily... I'm just plan tired of them. I love eatting the protein no problem, the packets no problem... just I have to force the veggies. I sit and stare at them, hoping they would turn into something else. It's week 11 and I truly normally, LOVE them. Maybe after venting will look at them differently. Any one else experience this?

I think the only Restrictive packets are the Spaghetti and the pancakes/crepes. besides the obvious bars and puffy snacks...
