Being vegetarian (more towards the vegan side), I don't have a problem with lettuce. Try the different kinds like romaine, etc. They do taste differently than plain old head lettuce. If you have a choice of organic, it also tastes differently. Try making chop chop type salads where you chop it up very tiny and add different chopped vegetables to it such as onion, bell pepper and cucumbers. The different flavors meld together and you nearly don't need any dressing on it. Adding grilled veggies also changes things up. I imagine it's as difficult for you as it is for me if I had to eat meat - I sympathize. I know there are things in these packages I would never touch in a million years. It's that important to me to get the weight off and be healthy.
