I have never lose weight this fast before in my life. Proir to IP I would eat 1400 calories on WW, exercise 6-10hours a week and lose 1 lb a week. It took a year to lose 30lbs and there were 2 months that I walked an average of 15hrs a week, training for the Susan G Komen 3-Day 60-mile walk.
My TOM has become regular every 28 day... prior I would get it every 10-15 weeks. Depression is gone, energy is back. Facial hair has been growing slower.
