Honestly, I am not sure about this. I would try to find Vegetarian cheese, that is what I use

I have been but not until recently. My losses have been all over with or without it so I don't think it matters. I eat mini Babybel light every now and then. I wouldn't everyday though.

When I went to my first weigh in today they said I could have a low fat mozzarella string chrrdr if needed. I lost five pounds twelve inches
also dry ranch with water and Mayo olive oil for dressing

I would think caloric content is much higher with 1 oz of cheese than 1 oz of milk, and even though main concern is carbs, calorie matters. Maybe reduced fat cheese? Like fat free or low fat feta?
My coach says no milk/milk products for me except a "splash of fat free or 1% " in my coffee once/day....Love that cheese...

Wow, cheese seems like it would bind everything up -- I don't know if I would risk the big C for 1 oz of cheese.
