Down 1.8 lbs. It is better than nothing. 1.8 lbs less to carry.

Is 15 lbs too much to lose by 1-1-12? That is what i set my goal at. I am not sure how high I should set my goal..

Nope, I think that is doable. Stick to the sheet 100%, but I want to warn you if you have only 15lbs to lose you will not lose the 2-3lbs a week. You will lose more like 1/2-1lbs honestly. But at least you will lose it. I am only letting you know this because I have seen it on here by many other posters, when you have usually 20 or less the process is slower, the main thing is DO NOT get DISCOURAGED at small losses, a loss is a loss....REMEMBER that. Don't focus on the scale, focus on how you feel.....Good luck to you

I have 45 pounds left to lose So if I stick with it I am hoping in 5 weeks I can lose 15 lbs. Any other thoughts? You are rocking this weight loss!!

oh well you should have no problems getting off that weight in that amount of time. What is your average losses per week? Drink lots of water and hot tea that is my help. You may stay in the restroom a lot but its worth it for me...lol...How much have you loss so far?

If I don't cheat which I have a hug problem with cheating then I usually lose 4-5 LBS a week. 3 at the least. I have lost 45 so far and so I am half way there. Been stuck in a rut of 10 lbs for a while now hopefully I will break that and get in the 170's on Wednesday. I need to be better about the water...

NOOOOOO CHEATING!!!!!.....if you wouldn't be cheating you would go back to those 4-5lb losses!!.....try drinking hot tea instead of water that works with me!

I have just started ID I am really excited to join this group and to get good ideas with foods. I have done research and have found some good receipes. I have also signed up for the challenge. Look forward to seeing the results at the end of the year. Good Luck Everyone!!
