Nope, I think that is doable. Stick to the sheet 100%, but I want to warn you if you have only 15lbs to lose you will not lose the 2-3lbs a week. You will lose more like 1/2-1lbs honestly. But at least you will lose it. I am only letting you know this because I have seen it on here by many other posters, when you have usually 20 or less the process is slower, the main thing is DO NOT get DISCOURAGED at small losses, a loss is a loss....REMEMBER that. Don't focus on the scale, focus on how you feel.....Good luck to you
