You are welcome, and anytime you need or have a question just post on the Daily chat. I am here most of the day since I work at home or you can just leave me a private message. I know how it is to be a military wife, I was one for 19 yrs, divorced now though..

yes, im in the navy, trying to get fit again after my baby to make regulations being a navy wife too is a rough job , thank you for the support , i have few things i need help with, my coach isnt the best, very wishy washy .

do you think the adkins pre made shakes are equilavent to ip shakes? just curious

I think they are, ItsAboutTime uses Atkins I believe....If she sees this she will chime in ...have you tried the EAS carb Control ones?

Mustang - is that just for Sandals resorts, the no tipping policy?

Hi Kelly, Sandals is the only all inclusive I have been to so I can't speak to the tipping policy for other all inclusive resorts. Sorry,

I use EAS, Atkins and Jillian Michaels and Pure Protein bars and I order from Diet Direct and Noshua. The Detour bars are also fine and I know some people who have a Costco like one of the premade protein shakes, I just can't recall the name.

WI today 2.4lbs lost and 1.25 inches. I am so impatient and expect so much more!

I'm going to do my best NOT to weigh this week until official weigh-in. I also asked for an earlier appointment. I had had about 40 ounces of water before my appointment at noon.

OH MY GOSH!!!!!......we have had an EXCELLENT week this week.....a total of 137.67lbs so far. Still have the WI's for today....this is AWESOME...I am so excited!!!!
