Looking for some feedback on how it affects your system and Weight loss. They modified it for me as I am a working woman, so I am to take 1 of each pill in the morning and night, as well as 1tbsp of the liquid. I follow that for one week and then up it to 2 of each for a remaining two weeks after than.
Feedback would be much appreciated!

Not sure if this is the same as the IP Cleanse but I bumped a good thread for you to read "Anyone doing a cleanse".

13 Weeks and 2 Days and 39 lbs for me...I'm ok with it...39 more than I lost before this :-)

I'm trying to figure out if I'm a slow loser or just average. I feel like especially this last week, I was so on point and I lost one pound. I know it's better than nothing, but I'm just feeling a little discouraged today.
So, talk me off the ledge here. I'm not going to do anything like eat a cookie (although we have them in the house), but the thought of phasing off is crossing my mind more and more.

Down a total of 47.8 lbs and 55 1/4". Lost another inch off my mommy muscle this week, that alone makes me smile. Thanks for the support guys, I know I'll be needing some more before this thing is over but I also know I can always find some here.

So I am sure he will be impressed, that I can walk normal with no limp at all, which I am soooo happy about!! Maybe I won't need to have a hip replacement anytime soon, at least that is what I an hoping
Have a great OP day!

Question:
Coach told me today I could have two whole eggs as my dinner protein. Have other posters found this true?

A big congrats on the weight loss. I've been using the Novi-Lax from the beginning as constipation is always an issue for me whenever I low carb only. Have to say the stuff works.

I am glad to hear that! I read the ingredients and it should work! she told me to start with 1 at bedtime and if needed use 2 capsules. She added most people need 2.
