sit down and not feel like I have to cover myself so people can't see my fat belly
buy a tight outfit for working out and looking good in it (tried one one yesterday and I'm almost there)
be happy with my appearance and not go back to my old ways/weight
1 - totally reverse my diabetes and never take medication again
2 - wear a belt and feel comfortable
3 - wear a sleeveless summer dress and my arms not look gigantic
1. Build my confidence back up and try dating again
2. Love myself for who I am
3. Be able to do endless things with my children without worrying about not being able to make it through the activity.
Get back on skis.
Take horseback riding lessons(without being afraid I will kill the horse with my lard butt). Lol
Swim a 500 freestyle in under 10 minutes(my ten yr old does it in 7).
1. Fit in regular size clothing, not plus size.
2. Be able to look at a picture of myself and not hate it.
3. Be able to get to my goal weight and not gain it all back.
