Ok Peeps! HELP ME! lol
I'm trying really hard to drink the jello packets. YUCK, they are so slimy I gag when I try to drink it. (I don't make jello out of them because I hate jello as I had to survive on jello for a month once for a hospital stay). I’m trying hard, because I want my skin to have the benefit of the jello. I find that they are slimey and they don't mix well, I find the blueberry pomegranate slimy as well (ugh!). Anyone have tips on getting rid of the bits at the bottom of the shaker? If I could get rid of those I’d probably just close my eyes and do it (as I want the benefit). I already use the IP shaker with ice. |

WI #2 today - 0.6 pounds down and 3 inches lost overall. Though I am no ecstatic for this, a loss is a loss is a loss. I would love to see much higher figures, but I will take any I can get.

So, I'm a freak and analyze everything like a mad woman and I was just looking over my daily and weekly weigh ins and this is how it breaks down.
Started low 200s. Spent 3 weeks in the 190s. Spent 4 weeks in the 180s. Spent 4 weeks in the 170s. Been in the 160s for 3 weeks and I'm sure I won't make it out this week yet. So, if all goes well and things stay how they have been, I should be in the 150s by next week's weigh in. At least a girl can hope right? |

Spearfish Canyon foliage was supposed to be at peak this past weekend. I missed it, but will manage to get out there some night this week. My sister and her boyfriend took my kids through, and they had a picnic at Roughlock Falls. I was pretty jealous! |

Hey Ladies... WEll its just kinda a blah icky day outside,,, Work as also been pretty slow as well... Im feeling kinda nervous about weigh in tomorrow... I went to the foot ball game and i was OP, but I just feel quilty for some reason!!
I also start my Roller Derby training tomorrow... so I am somewhat nervous, I am not sure if I should have a bar before or after practice! And its gonna be late, so I still need to have dinner as well! |
