Thanks. I will have my first appointment on Sunday. My cost will be $250 that includes the first weeks food, She told me that food is $90/week. Does that sound about right to you? Do I have to spend that much?

Yep. My food comes to $90.09 every week (as long as I don't get any ready to drink shakes which are slightly more expensive). I also spend about $40 a month on supplements with an additional $20 on supplements every three months (although I have been thinking about getting the supplements elsewhere).

My coach also charges $20 a month for the body fat scale, I've done it so far because it's awesome to see the results, but I might have to cut that out. It's pricey, but IMO totally worth it. I feel great and it's easy to stick to.

Can you upload it to photobucket and use the URL from there?

I'm not sure how open you are but I would be telling her to stop comparing me to other clients and deal with me and only me when I'm here, let her know that it's been discouraging for you.

Slow losses here and there are due to the fact that your body needs to catch up with what is going on, it's normal and expected. Keep your head up girl, you are doing AMAZING!!
I changed clinic and my coach and i'm super happy. She was really stressing me out and was almost calling me a liar when i told her i was totally OP as she's never seen results like mine!

I wish I'd taken more pics as I've gone down. I did know what you mean about the face though. Mine was terrible. My cheeks were all puffy like I was hiding food in them. (Heck, half the time I probably was!)

You are from Pa. Me too. Middletown. Do you go to a weightloss clinic and have a coach?

Well, just I suspected, TOM is here. Woohoo......NOT! I am having comfort food tonight, a big mac in a bowl. I haven't had one since the first few weeks on the plan so I'm super excited. It's the little things.

Just stay hydrated. It's been going around. I don't think it's diet related.
add some extra salt. It helps with headaches.

I am doing a combination. I get a lot of alternatives but there are a few things like the puddings and the supplements that I just can't find match up to IP's. I also have to have the Rasberry Gelatin, Crispy Cereal and BBQ Chips from IP.

Yes $90 is about what it costs for a week of Phase 1 food at my clinic as well. And no you do not have to spend that much! If you research the alternative options you can get items for closer to $1.50 a piece vs. $4 a piece. Of course, then you have to deal with the issue of explaining to your coach why you do not buy the full amount of food that you need.

You can do a big mac in a bowl? How do you do that? I've got "alot" to learn.
