I have seriously considered alternatives, but it's so hard and I don't have the time to do the research. IP is already there and laid out for me. Alternatives require shipping fees and research for the best price. Then the comparing of nutritional content. Ugh!
I supposed when I'm ready to move into phase 2 then I'll get more serious about alternatives. But until then, I'm still trying to teach myself phase 1!

I completely understand. Sometimes its just easier to stick with what you know and what you know works! It took me a long time to finally go and research it so that I could do it, and I still haven't placed the order yet!
