Thanks for starting the thread! For anyone wanting to start the thread, you can use the quote function from a precious daily thread, copy the code from the reply box, go back to open a new thred, paste the code in there, and then just remove the quote blocks to get all the links. It doesn't really matter, at least once the thread is there, people have a place to post.

I had a super rough day yesterday. I know I came clean about not eating right and missing supplements on the weekend. I have been much better about all of that, but yesterday I felt like I'd been hit by a truck. I have been feeling exceptionally foggy lately and by the afternoon I was achy everywhere, weak, clammy, and my heart was pounding. It was scary.

I rushed home after work and took extra potassium, cal-mag and omegas and forced down a cup of water with salt in it. I still felt terrible all night, but it improved a bit. Today I still feel some achiness, but not the weakness I had yesterday. Lesson learned. Don't miss supplements any more.

When i was feeling my worst I seriously though about moving to phase 3 and giving my body a break. IP has been fabulous in so many ways, but I am feeling more and more like I've reached my limit. Unfortunately, I haven't reached my goal yet! I want to lose 10 more lbs before I start to phase off. I am going to stick with it and be dilligent. If I still fee crappy, maybe I'll have to reassess. I know I could phase off for a while and then come back, but the consensus seems to be that returning after a break is really difficult.

So again, my goal for the day: get in all the veggies and all the supplements. The packets and protein are never an issue. I packed my lunch last night- so I won't forget my veggies for lunch today!

Have a great day everyone!

When I weighed in this morning I was down 3.4lbs! I've been stuck at 2.6 for 3 days so it was a nice surprise. Anything over 3 gets me super excited. Slowly creeping in on 30! My goal is to hit it next week but TOM will be coming soon and throwing a wrench in my plans I'm sure. I will do my best though and that's all I can do. Have a great day and good luck to all of the Thursday weighers.

Good morning!

Does anyone else have this problem - I am always cold now! I have my little heater on at work every day now. I have started wearing jeans, short sleeve shirt, and sweatshirt every day too. It hasn't cooled off here and has been in the 90's every day. I am going to be in trouble once winter hits. I am in MT so it will get cold! I need to find some fleece lined jeans!
