I was late a few days, but certainly not by weeks!
Do you usually have 28-day cycles? Mine were a little shorter than that, so the explanation that I was given was that my excess estrogen was causing them to be shorter, and now that I'm losing weight the estrogen levels are decreasing and the cycle is correcting itself. I'm not sure I completely buy this.. since the people who get TOM more frequently than usual during this diet are told that this occurs because of the estrogen that is released as fat cells are burned off.
I'm assuming you've tested for pregnancy several times already? If so, I think I would definitively call your coach and ask about it. I'm sort of comfortable being late a few days, but not 3 weeks..
